French Family

My mom is here! I’m sneaking a blog entry while in front of the TV so I apologize in advance for my grammar. I thought of two things I really wanted to share - and completely forgot them! Mom's take up lots of energy and time. What can I say? I’m not complaining but it puts a small delay on jumping in head first. I will say this. Ratatouille. Set in France. Watch it. We are.
I have started actually following the advice of Mireille Guiliano. Start in the morning with a 16oz glass of water that is close to body temperature. Try to do this a half hour before breakfast. This increases ones Metabolism and hydration is important.
Next- camisoles. French is Sexy. No - that is not a question. (to quote Meyrl). It just is. Camisoles feel sexy, even though they happen to be practical! French women have a way of Making the Mundane Sexy. Brilliant!

Next two days are holidays and my mother is here. I would like to find the time to explore French New Year Traditions. If I succeed - you'll be the second to know!
